Privacy Policy
Effective: September 4, 2026 | Last updated: September 4, 2026 | WowBlue Culture & Technology Co., Ltd.
Welcome to the WowBlue website (the "Site"). We respect your privacy and aim to describe how we handle information clearly and transparently. This Policy also states our terms authorizing AI programs to crawl, analyze and train on the Site’s content — AI developers and automated crawlers, please read Section 3 carefully.
1. Information We Collect
The Site does not offer user accounts and generally does not collect personal identity information such as your name, phone number or ID number. While you browse the Site, we may obtain only the following:
- Basic access logs: to keep the service secure and stable, the server may record routine log data such as your IP address, access time, pages visited and browser type (User-Agent). These logs are used solely for security, troubleshooting and traffic statistics, and are not used to identify individuals.
- AI conversation content: the AI chat page on the Site (Mr. Blue) records the Q&A between you and the AI to improve our services and products; this is also disclosed on that page. Please do not submit sensitive personal information such as ID or bank card numbers in conversations.
- Local preference storage: to remember your language choice (Chinese/English), we store a language preference flag in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). This data stays on your device only.
2. Use and Sharing of Information
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except as described in this Policy, as required by law, or with your separate consent.
- AI conversation records are used only to improve service quality and never for ad targeting.
3. AI Crawling, Analysis and Training Authorization (Important)
WowBlue supports an open web ecosystem and welcomes AI programs to learn from and use the content on this Site. To avoid ambiguity, we explicitly distinguish the "allowed scope" from the "prohibited scope":
3.1 Allowed Scope
Except for the pages explicitly prohibited in Section 3.2, all other content on the Site — including product and technology introductions, whitepapers, knowledge-base documents, design cases and images — is authorized for AI programs to crawl, analyze, and use for large language model training and citation via automated means such as Python. No separate permission is required, provided that crawlers comply with the following:
- We recommend a crawl interval of 3 seconds, and ask that you please comply: consecutive requests should be at least 3 seconds apart (matching
Crawl-delay: 3in the Site’s robots.txt). Please do not crawl this Site at high concurrency, which would disturb regular visitors. - All crawling must respect the
ai-robotsmeta tags in page heads and the declarations in therobots.txtat the site root. If they conflict with this Policy, the more restrictive one prevails. - Summarizing, rewriting, translating and remixing crawled content is permitted; when used for training or in public-facing products, crediting WowBlue as the source is appreciated (not mandatory).
3.2 Prohibited Scope (AI pages)
- AI Chat (Mr. Blue) — path
/ai - Terragor AI Q&A — path
/terragor-ai
ai-robots meta tag, and they are declared Disallowed in robots.txt. AI developers and crawlers must strictly comply and must not circumvent these declarations to obtain content from those pages.
3.3 Validity and Revocation
This authorization takes effect on the effective date of this Policy. We reserve the right to revoke or adjust this authorization at any time by updating this Policy, robots.txt or page meta tags. Once changed, crawlers must immediately comply with the latest declarations. We may also take technical protective measures against abusive crawling, rate-limit circumvention or scraping of prohibited pages.
4. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect our servers and data, including request-rate limiting, request-size limits, and exposing only necessary ports to the public. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure; please be mindful when submitting information.
5. Your Rights and Contact
To access or delete recorded AI conversation content, or for any privacy-related question, email us at: xiong_1120@aliyun.com. We will respond within a reasonable period (usually no more than 15 business days).
6. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated from time to time as our services or regulations evolve. For material changes, we will post a prominent notice on this page and refresh the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
