Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the WowBlue website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, "you" also refers to that organization and you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Description of Services

The Site is operated by WowBlue Culture & Technology Co., Ltd. and provides public information and services including brand and product information (Design Services, Racing Services, Terragor·PBO Spokes, MengPaw product line, etc.), technical whitepapers and knowledge-base articles, WowBlue Labs content, and two AI interaction pages (the Mr. Blue chat assistant and Terragor AI Q&A, together the "AI Services"). AI Services are provided on an "as-is" basis; replies are auto-generated by AI models and are for reference only, not professional advice or formal commitments.

2. Intellectual Property

The copyrights, trademark rights and other intellectual property in the Site’s pages, copy, whitepapers, documents, graphics, logos and interface design belong to WowBlue Culture & Technology Co., Ltd. or the respective rights holders and are protected by applicable laws. Open-source portions of the "MengPaw" projects published on GitHub are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

3. Content Use and AI Crawling Authorization

Copying, republishing, crawling and training on Site content is governed by Section 3 (“AI Crawling, Analysis and Training Authorization”) of the Privacy Policy, subject to the following boundaries:

• Allowed: automated crawling, analysis, and use for LLM training, citation and remixing of content on non-AI pages. Please comply with the recommended crawl interval of 3 seconds and respect the declarations in robots.txt and the ai-robots meta tags.
• Prohibited: crawling, analyzing, training on or replicating any content of the two AI pages (paths /ai and /terragor-ai); accessing the Site by circumventing rate limits, technical protections or bot declarations; or mirroring, reselling or bulk commercial redistribution of the Site.
• Technical product data in whitepapers (e.g., spoke strength, material properties) must be reproduced in full context and must not be quoted out of context or used for misleading promotion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

In using the Site and the AI Services, you agree not to: generate unlawful, infringing or harmful content through the AI Services; attempt to damage, interfere with or probe the security of the Site or its backend services (including injection, brute force or load attacks); misuse the AI Services to obtain third-party personal information; or use the Site for any purpose that violates the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

5. Disclaimers

• While the Site strives for accuracy, all content (including technical whitepapers, product data and event information) is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Actual product performance may vary by batch, environment and usage; in all cases the formal contract signed by the parties or the factory test report prevails.
• AI Service output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Please exercise your own judgment and verify against authoritative sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowBlue Culture & Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, the AI Services, or reliance on their content.

7. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., partners, filing systems). These links are provided for your convenience only; we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of external websites.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date refreshed; material changes will be prominently noticed. Your continued use of the Site after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction at the place of WowBlue Culture & Technology Co., Ltd.’s domicile.
